Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what Mahazii Couture Pvt Ltd (“Mahazii”, “we”) collects when you use our website and app, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Orders: items, delivery address, order total and payment method. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our servers.
• Approximate location: your country, worked out from your IP address, to show prices in your currency and pre-select your delivery country.
• Preferences: whether you chose to receive promotional emails.
• Technical data: basic device and usage data needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, take payment, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opted in — email you about promotions and new arrivals. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the shop: payment processing (Stripe, JazzCash), hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), email delivery (Resend), and delivery partners who need your address to ship your order.

Your choices

• Marketing emails: change your choice any time on your account page or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Delete your account: use “Delete my account” on your account page. Your personal details are erased. Order records are kept without your name, contact details or street address, as we are required to keep accounting records.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as the law requires for orders and tax. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
